We make our push on knobs to fit on any spine split shaft pots, American or Metric. MentalMetal push on knobs have been used on the following guitars and bass Jackson, Washburn, Ibanez, Gibson Les Paul, Fender Stratocaster, Fender Bass, ESP, B.C. Rich, Jay Turser, Dean Guitars, Tradition, Carvin, Stagg, and many more.

One of the most commonly used pot today is the
metric (fine) spine split shaft.
Our push on knobs for the metric spine split shaft pot will work for these.
Be sure to select metric spine split shaft.
The following guitars have been known to have the metric spine, Jackson, Washburn, Ibanez, B.C. Rich, Tradition, and many more.

The other most common shaft is the
American (corse) spine spilt shaft pot.
It is kind of hard to tell the difference between the metric spine and the American spine. The American spine is only about .006 bigger on diameter. Our push on knobs for the metric spine split shaft would be to tight to push on and could damage your pot. Be sure to select American spine split shaft to avoid the problem.
The following guitars have been known to use the American spine, Gibson Les Paul, Fender Stratocaster, Fender Bass, ESP, Jay Turser, Carvin, Stagg and many more.
Be sure to select American spine split shaft.

The solid shaft, taper shaft or the solid shaft with the flat require the set screw knobs with 1/4" (.250) hole.
Order the Set Screw Knob for these pots.
The Set Screw Knob is also Universal to fit on any pot shaft when used with the optional adapter bushing (P/N# BB-1).
To use the set screw knob on split shaft pots you must order the bushing! Cost is $1.25 ea.
